About Me

My journey with massage therapy started in 1999, I can not imagine my life without the gift of touch. I love learning about the body and how it works which is why I am taking classes towards my nursing degree. I have been teaching yoga since 2000 which led me to become a certified personal trainer. I love helping people reach their goals whether it be fitness related, stress relief, or just overall well being. I see the body from many different angles which gives me the ability to help my clients modify their daily activites to prevent injuries and increase wellness
